The Kudos Setup Wizard

Getting your Kudos program started is really easy with the Set-up Wizard: Once you create an account, our wizard will walk you through all the key admin areas, and have you up and running in no time! Personalizing your Kudos Portal to adding users is as simple as 1-2-3. Our friendly customer services representatives are also available to help you should you have any questions or require assistance. We are here to help.

Paid accounts receive a custom URL and sign-in. Just login and you’re on your way to connecting with your team!

User Home Page

Each user has a personalized home page where they can Send Kudos, Receive Kudos and see what their home page looks like to other users.

Main Navigation

Easily navigate between the Kudos home page, Colleagues Directory and the Company Wall where you can see all the Kudos activity and follow what is happening in the organization. Here, leadership can highlight their vision, goals, and recent news.  Kudos is a simple system that has recognition at its core, with all the key elements necessary to help engage, motivate and communicate with your team.

Widgets

The system also has several convenient widgets to enhance communication and create efficiencies, from individual availability status updates to a resource centre that centralizes key documents and templates. Each account can build and add widgets any way they want in order to personalize their Kudos portal.

Sending Kudos
Step 1: Selecting a Person to recognize

It’s easy to send Kudos: Simply start by typing in the name of the individual that deserves recognition, and then select the correct person from the auto-populated list.

Step 2: Selecting the Recognition Level

Kudos has four levels of Recognition, from a ‘Thank You’ with 5 Kudos points, to an ‘Exceptional’ for 50 Kudos points. Each user is given a monthly Kudos Point Inventory to spend on recognizing other team members. The Kudos Point system is an easy way to track and gauge contributions and engagement.

Step 3: Selecting a Quality or Demonstrated Skill

Kudos has a unique system that also allows individuals to highlight core qualities or demonstrated skills that are the key driver behind the recognition. Whether it is a Thank You for someone’s thoughtfulness or a Great Job for some someone’s leadership, this system builds a unique profile that showcases what makes each individual a valuable part of your team.

Step 4: Writing a Meaningful Message

The final step is the most fun and can be very strategic, from peers engaging other team members with a note of appreciation to management reinforcing the organizations values and goals with a more meaningful note of recognition to their employees. It all works together to create a Culture of Recognition that will improve communication, build motivation and drive individual and corporate performance.

Kudos Reporting

Finally you can add Metrics to your performance management and review processes with Kudos Reporting! Running Kudos recognition reports is easy and useful. You can view an entire months’ program to see all activity or segment reports by user, date, location, and/or department. Each report provides sorting capabilities, [printing options, email options] and exporting options. All details are recorded, making Kudos an exceptional tool to help you manage Recognition and Reward programs.
