2+ years of experience in a client services role.
Experience with help desk and knowledge base technologies, such as Zendesk or Zoho.
Previous experience with and ability to work flexible hours to manage different time zones.
Experience in human resources, organizational change management and project management are assets.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills – both written & verbal.
A second language is an asset.
Proficient in MS Office.
You’re organized and detail oriented.
